What documents do I need to rent a car?
All the drivers will need a valid driving license. The main driver will also need to present their passport.

Is there a minimum age requirement for renting a car?
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age OR have a valid driving license for at least 3 years, otherwise an extra insurance charge may apply.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?
Each car can have up to 3 drivers. The 2nd driver is FREE of charge and the 3rd driver is charged at an additional €2/day.

What is the fuel policy?
The cars must be returned with the same amount of fuel as they were delivered. If the car is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged. NO refund is given for cars returned with more fuel.

What happens if the car breaks down?
If the car breaks down then you must call us at +357-24654411

Are there any mileage restrictions?
No, all the cars are rented with unlimited mileage.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Do you offer child seats or GPS navigation systems?
We offer booster-seats at €5 per rental and baby-seats at €10 per rental. GPS navigation systems are offered at €4 per day.

What are the penalties for returning the car late?
Late return fees vary depending how late the car is returned. It’s important to return the car on time to avoid additional charges. If you anticipate being late, contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

Are there any restrictions on where I can take the rental car?
No, there are no restrictions. You can drive the car anywhere in Cyprus.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
We always try to give our best offers. Returning customers and long-term rentals always get better deals.

What happens if I return the car early?
It is best to contact us before, to arrange the return. No refunds are given for early returns.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
There are no additional or hidden charges. You only pay what you are quoted for.

Can I rent a specific make or model of car?
Bookings are made by category. If you can request a specific vehicle, we shall do our best to accommodate your preferences. If the car you requested is not available then you will be informed beforehand.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Deliveries and collections can be arranged all over Cyprus. Fees apply accordingly.

What is the policy for traffic violations?
All traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility.

Can I cross borders to the occupied (north) side with the rental car?
Our insurance does not cover driving in the Northern occupied area. If you want to cross the borders you may do so at your own responsibility/risk.

How do I return the car after hours?
The process of returning a car after hours is explained to you upon delivery.

What happens if I have a flat tyre?
All cars are equipped with a spare tyre and all the tools necessary to change it if needed. It is the renter’s responsibility to do so. If assistance is needed, we can provide it at an extra charge depending on the location.
